Michaela has always had a passion for working with dogs and has long aspired to be a vet tech. She has shared her home with a variety of pets, including eight cats, a snake, a leopard gecko, a guinea pig, and a hamster. Outside of grooming, she enjoys swimming in lakes, oceans, and pools. Her lifelong dream is to open a dog sanctuary, rescuing and rehabilitating dogs from around the world and from high-kill shelters. With over 10 years of grooming experience, Michaela excels at delivering exceptional results while ensuring pets are happy, comfortable, and engaged. Her dedication to the pets’ overall experience is evident in every session, and her skills and expertise make her highly sought after in the grooming community.

With a background in graphic design and illustration and fluency in Cantonese, Sharon combines creativity with a deep passion for animals. She is a proud pet parent to one dog and two cats and playfully claims the title of favorite “aunt” to all pets she meets. Sharon enjoys cooking, especially crafting homemade treats for her furry friends, and her artistic talents extend to a wide range of crafty hobbies. Her dedication to animals shines through in her special care for senior and shy pets. Sharon’s dream is to open an animal sanctuary for senior cats and dogs, honoring her first rescue dog.

Jessica began her journey at the salon as a Co-op student, where her passion for animals and love for pet care quickly stood out. After enjoying every opportunity to learn and grow, she became a valued member of the team. Having loved animals her entire life, Jessica hopes to become a veterinarian one day and is dedicated to gaining experience while providing every pet with compassionate, loving care. In her current role, she supports the management team, assisting with retail operations and day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations across Puppy Love.
