At Puppy Love, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms:
- Exchange-Only Policy: We do not offer refunds on any products. However, you may exchange your item within forteen (14) days of receiving it, either through in-store pickup or delivery.
- Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Any product that shows signs of wear or is not in the original condition may not be eligible for exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, you can visit any of our store locations or email us within forteen (14) days of receiving your item at info@puppylovespa.ca with your order confirmation. Please provide the reason for the exchange and, if applicable, the item you would like in place of the original purchase. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return process and any additional details.
A tracking code for your returned package must be provided to help identify your package.
Shipping costs for the original order cannot be refunded
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. If the exchanged item needs to be shipped back to you, additional shipping fees may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to customized products, gift cards, and personal care items (such as grooming supplies) that have been used or unsealed, are not eligible for exchange.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us at info@puppylovespa.ca within forteen (14) days of receipt with photos of the damage or issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or sale events are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
- Please Note: Puppy Love reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition or if the request does not comply with the terms of our return policy.
